Villa Shoaib

Based on the request of the client to minimize the dependency on cooling systems, the focus of this project was to use passive design optimization. By emphasizing on factors such as orientation, openings, material and natural cross and stack ventilation, we were able to provide a livable space where residents can feel at ease with a minimum use of artificial cooling systems even on hot summer days. This simple and resilient approach yielded the desired outcome and satisfied the client’s initial request.
